Not feeling ready for a period of building stress now the permit for your project has been received?  Then the building coordination offered by Profex might be something for you.  

We start with an accurate implementation file which can then be submitted to a number of contractors.  Such an implementation file contains detailed plans, a measurement sheet and specifications.  On the basis of these details each contractor will then make his price offer.  The various quotations can then be compared objectively, which is often not the case in reality!

Once the construction works are approaching, we provide for a kick-off meeting with all parties involved: architect, client, safety coordinator, EPB reporter, main contractor... A matter of getting all parties to work in the same direction. Once the construction works have started, we provide a number of site visits and/or meetings depending on your specific needs or the complexity of the works.

Once completed, the works will be delivered, including a financial part.
