Asbestos inventory various houses

For a large-scale renovation project of a social housing company, the experts of Profex drew up various asbestos inventories of houses commissioned by Cleuren Architecten. In such projects, the presence of asbestos can represent a serious additional cost, which makes it always important to have a solid asbestos inventory at an early stage. Because of this, asbestos removal can be included in the state of measurement and the client is not confronted with settlements during the execution phase.

The realization of this project was custom made. Both Cleuren Architects and Profex were asked to be extremely flexible, with a delivery time of five working days for the asbestos inventories. As the experts of Profex did not shy away from a challenge, all necessary steps were immediately taken to realize this project.

Since it involved the renovation of +/- 300 houses and it therefore was impossible to visit them all, Cleuren Architects selected eight types of houses. Armed with a list of addresses, the expert went on site and could visit each type of house with the consent of the current tenants. Two days later, all asbestos inventories were delivered, so all the deadlines were respected.

Thanks to the clear communication and flexibility, this project could therefore be brought to a successful ending.
